Roughing tools
Our multi-purpose heavy workers cover any kind of standard requirement with a diameter range from 22 mm to 520 mm. This wide range is achieved with the lowest possible number of bore heads and cutting insert holders. The range is generally made up of three basic modules – deviations are possible according to the system:
1. Rough boring body 22 - 150 mm

- HSK
Large scale boring range
Boring range: 87 - 520 mm
Reversal error: less than 2µ (2/1000 mm)
Bridge rough boring body 87 - 202 mm
These bridge tools are default with two special desiged Johne & Co. carbid-insert holders equipped.

Bridge rough boring body 200 - 520 mm
These bridge tools are default with two standard ISO Cartridges equipped.
